Grows into Leading Bank Brand (In Less Than Three Years!)
In the newest Consumer Insight Bank Brands Survey, a curious thing was noticed: the superfast growth of Absa. Starting from almost no awareness in 2019, this brand now stands at 59% spontaneous awareness, and yet only 11% of those polled use their services. Its Brand Equity is also fair, with 6/10 ranking. No doubt this is the reward of relentless brand-building campaigns. A few more years of customer growth and a new tier-one champion may be here.
