Dream bank is Accessible, Mobile, Tech Savvy, Friendly, Modern, Efficient…

If Kenyans could design their dream bank, how would it look like? A recent Consumer Insight’s Bank Brands Survey found out, and the results are interesting. First, it has to be accessible – no one wants to be ghosted by their bank. Second, it needs a tech savvy face: mobile banking as a core service will find great support. Finally, 49% of those surveyed conveyed an aspiration for higher quality services, not just lower charges. Is any bank ready to offer all these?
